Epcon has been engineering and manufacturing process heating equipment since 1977. With experience across applications – nothing is too complex, and no size is too big for us.
We have designed Batch and Automated Conveyorized Ovens and Furnaces for many industries. From implementing pneumatic guillotine doors, or car bottom carts, multi-tier high speed conveyors and an infinite custom design features and configurations to optimize your process. Additionally, we design your ovens and furnaces with a variety of fuel sources from Natural Gas, Liquid Natural Gas, Electric, Oil Fired, and Steam. Beyond this we can implement heat recovery methods that allow for burnerless or indirect heating systems. Simply give Epcon the concept and let our engineering and design team take it from there.
Epcon is one of the few companies in our industry that has its own on-site manufacturing. Our modern, 250,000 square foot facility allows Epcon to maintain complete control over the project’s quality and schedule. All systems are proudly 100% made in America – manufactured and preassembled at our facility, undergoing rigorous quality checks and testing prior to shipment, ensuring the system will exceed performance expectations upon delivery and installation.
